Automated Conveyor

Automated Conveyor Systems are advanced material handling solutions engineered to efficiently transport a wide range of products across different stages of warehouse and production operations. These systems are built to handle everything from loose items like vegetables, fruits, and meat to packed and palletized goods, making them highly versatile for various industries including food, retail, logistics, and manufacturing.

Thanks to a variety of in-feed mechanisms and gripper systems, the conveyors can be integrated seamlessly with palletizing operations, allowing for quick and automated product movement with minimal human intervention.

There are two types of automated conveyor systems being offered:

  1. Mechanical/Gravity Conveyor
A cost-effective and low-energy solution, this system uses gravity or mechanical force to move items along a sloped or level track. It’s ideal for simple product flows, packaging lines, or environments where continuous motion is required without the use of motors.

  2. Inside Vehicle Roller Conveyor System
This system integrates motorized rollers inside the floor of transport vehicles, enabling automated pallet loading and unloading. It eliminates manual effort, cuts loading time dramatically, and increases operational efficiency—ideal for high-volume, time-sensitive logistics.

In summary, Automated Conveyor Systems offer flexibility, speed, and scalability for handling all kinds of products, whether in a warehouse, production facility, or transport vehicle—transforming manual handling into smart, automated efficiency.
